- Your phone number
- Date and time of the incident
- Location of the incident
- Who was involved (include student ID number if possible)
- Detailed description of what happened
This information may not be anonymous and could be disclosed to the individual of concern.

Reports submitted online are reviewed within 24 hours. All reports are safeguarded to ensure the confidentiality of our students. If you have a student who has not been showing up for class, please attempt to reach out to the student prior to making a report. *This system is not designed to address emergencies.
