| By 9/30/2015, 75% of students enrolled in the pilot test of new online & hybrid Nursing courses (developed in Year 4) will successfully complete the courses with a grade of “C” or better. |

| By 9/30/2015, as a result of new distance delivery courses and expansion/upgrade of distance learning infrastructure, there will be an OC overall enrollment increase of at least 5% over baseline enrollment in Fall 2008. (baseline = 5,588) |
